What Makes South Hunterdon Special?

South Hunterdon is a special community. Each school in the district is composed of a unique set of students who help shape the teaching philosophies of South staff and leave a positive impression on our schools. Thank you, Class of 2025, for doing your part to make South Hunterdon better. We hope you keep the many memories you made here close to your hearts and continue to "Work Hard, Be Kind" throughout the rest of your lives. Congratulations!

Prom

It was a Night of 1,000 Lights and many more memories on May 16th as South seniors enjoyed Prom at Stanton Ridge Golf & Country Club in Whitehouse. Congratulations to Aaron Parisi and Olivia Nemeth, who were crowned Senior Prom King and Queen!

Senior Sunset

Senior Sunset took place on Thursday, June 5th. The seniors all got matching shirts to wear to the event. There was a huge water slide which the kids really enjoyed. For dinner, the local harvest food truck came and made us delicious pizza and salad. Then, the Nina's food truck arrived for dessert. Students also had fun playing yard games. It was a super fun night for the whole senior class gathering together before graduation!

Disney Trip

The senior class trip took place in Disney World from June 8th to June 11th. 38 seniors attended the trip with 6 chaperones. Everyone arrived to South at 3am on Sunday, June 8th to get on a really early flight to Orlando.

As soon as we landed, we headed to Magic Kingdom to start our first day. We were able to park hop to any park after 12pm. On Monday June 9th, we started the day at Animal Kingdom and then were able to park hop at 12pm. Then on Tuesday June 10th, we started the day at Hollywood Studios and then were able to park hop at 12pm.

Students enjoyed 3 full days at all 4 parks doing all the rides and fun things each park has to offer. On Wednesday June 11th, we got up early and packed up the room and then headed off to the Blizzard Beach Water Park before getting on the plane ride home. Students made memories to last a lifetime on this trip!

Plans After Graduation
