High School Newsbite: November 25th, 2024

Ms. Benzinger and the environmental club recently took a trip to Baldpate Mountain where they teamed up with Friends of Hopewell Valley Open Space. They learned about local native and invasive species and did some fall cleanup. They also supported local bird populations and other wildlife by removing invasives around their native plant “islands.” 

Students learned about the summer internship program they’d be eligible for after graduation. The club meets regularly throughout the school year and new students are always welcome to join!

Watch the video HERE.  Key Club Updates Members of the Key Club traveled to the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen on Monday, November 25th to help serve lunch.  The Key Club is also collecting new and unwrapped toys for The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation in conjunction with Old Glory Acres in Flemington.  Collections can be dropped in a box outside of the main office from November 25-December 13.   Watch this VIDEO to learn more about all of the Key Club's awesome efforts and initiatives.  Happy Thanksgiving Honoring Veterans  We would like to extend our heartfelt thank you to the former South Hunterdon students who went on to become service men and women.
